Madeleine with lemon extract and flavoured lemon filling (20%), topped with meringue shards.
Ingredients : sugar, wheat flour 23.2%, eggs from free-range chickens 15%, pastry butter (milk) 14.4%, stabilisers: sorbitols – glycerol, lemon juice 7.5%, glucose syrup, meringue shards 2.2% (sugar, egg white from free-range chickens), lemon extract, lime puree 1%, corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from the Isle of Ré, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), gelling agent: pectins.
Traces of nuts and soya.
Pistachio flavoured madeleine with raspberry jam filling (16,7%) and topped with pistachio chips
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour 19.6%, eggs from free-range chickens 18.8%, pastry butter (milk) 9.3%, rapeseed oil, raspberry purée, roasted pistachios 4.6%, pistachio powder 4.0%, inverted sugar syrup, natural flavouring, corn starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, table salt from Île de Ré, lemon juice, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), gelling agent: pectin.
Traces of other types of nut and soya. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 27,1%,free-range eggs 21,5%, sugar, rapeseed oil, stabilisers: sorbitols - glycerol, almond 5,6%, glucose syrup, pastry butter (milk), natural orange blossom flavouring, cornstarch, raising agents: sodium carbonates and potassium tartrates, natural vanilla flavouring (contains alcohol), fine salt from the Isle of Ré.

Très joli petit coffret, avec sac cadeau, une boîte très jolie et la personnalisation est le petit plus. Madeleines toujours aussi excellentes ?
